Integration Specialist

• Provide technical support globally for existing connectors, APIs, and web services, ensuring smooth operations and effective issue resolution;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams and customers to implement new connectors and web services, adhering to best practices and optimization techniques;
• Resolve integration-related problems across diverse geographic locations, conducting comprehensive analyses, and implementing effective solutions;
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of connectors and web services to ensure reliability and compatibility in varied global customer environments;
• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for global reference and training purposes;
• Stay updated with international compliance standards and emerging technologies in integration to propose enhancements and improvements.

A significant part of the role involves close collaboration with cross-functional global teams and customers to implement new connectors and web services. This requires adherence to best practices and optimization techniques, ensuring that implementations are efficient and effective. The Integration Specialist will also tackle integration-related problems that may occur across various geographic locations. This involves conducting comprehensive analyses to understand the issues fully and implementing effective solutions to resolve them, maintaining the integrity and performance of the systems.

Testing and validation are crucial aspects of this role. The specialist will conduct thorough testing and validation of connectors and web services to guarantee their reliability and compatibility in diverse global customer environments. This ensures that the systems perform as expected in all scenarios.

Finally, the Integration Specialist will stay updated with international compliance standards and emerging technologies in the field of integration. This proactive approach allows the specialist to propose enhancements and improvements, ensuring that the company's integration strategies remain cutting-edge and compliant with global standards. 

The company is in the Apeldoorn region. But you can work almost fully remote. They only require you to come to the office once a month. But, if you would like to come to the office more often, you are more then welcome. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) with RESTful JSON web services and APIs;
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting diverse issues with a global mindset;
• Familiarity with SQL databases and the capability to perform basic queries for support purposes;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a global, multicultural team environment.

• Salary up to €5,500 gross per month based on a full-time workweek;
