For an innovative and international company in the region of Middelburg we are looking for a Data Analyst.
Dit ga je doen
- Responsible for gathering data from a variety of sources including sensors, productions systems and relevant application databases;
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, supply chain and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights for informed decision making;
- Determine and sustain data ownership, formulate and uphold quality rules, develop a data risk profile, ensure data security and manager definitions;
- You perform statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns and anomalies in the data, you generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and decision-makers;
- Ensure data accuracy by identifying and changing errors or inconsistencies and validating data to maintain its quality and reliability;
- Support and train end-users on reporting tools;
- You identify opportunities where data analysis can enhance operational efficiency or streamline processes;
- Document data analyses processes, methodologies and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.

For an international company in the region of Middelburg we are looking for a Data Analyst, you will be part of a new and growing team within the company. The team currently exists out of 5 persons with big ambitions to grow significantly because they want to be more data-focused organization-wide.
As a Data Analyst you act as the liaison between the business and the data team. You manage the complete data lifecycle, from gathering data to leveraging it effectively within the organization. As a data analyst you will gather data throughout the organization, like business applications, transport lifecycle, vehicle sensors and production systems. You integrate it to create comprehensive datasets for analyses. You will be collaborating with different teams within the company, think about engineers, project managers, supply chain and more. You want to understand their data needs and you want to provide insights for them.
Furthermore you are responsible for determining and sustaining data ownership, developing a data risk profile and you ensure the highest level of data security.

Dit neem je mee
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, information technology or a related area;
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience with Data analysis;
- Experienced in working with Power BI or SSAS data analysis tools;
- Experience in data management in a large international company;
- You have an excellent understanding of the English language both written and verbal, good command of the Dutch language is a big pré;
- You have a EU citizenship and passport.
Dit krijg je
- A monthly salary between the €4.000- €6.000 based on an 40 hour week (depending on your experience);
- Holiday allowance: 8,33% of your gross year salary
- Holiday days: 38 days;
- Traveling compensation: 23 cent/kilometer (maximum of € 300,- per month);
- Healthcare coverage: € 50,- per month ;
