In this role, you will develop systems to control new production lines and contribute to managing and updating existing MES systems. Within projects, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of an MES application based on standard platforms (Camstar, AspenTech). Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Project Managers, System Architects, and colleagues from Production Engineering, you will define the specifications for new systems. You will coordinate mutual expectations and needs and develop and deploy the final solution.You will translate customer needs and processes into innovative designs and configurations within the established application architecture. Besides designing and implementing MES systems for new production lines, you will ensure the continuity of existing applications by resolving issues, answering user questions, and making functional changes upon user requests.
For the construction of new MES systems and maintenance of existing ones, you will sometimes collaborate with external IT service providers.Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to the development of team working methods. Your responsibilities will also include setting up and maintaining the appropriate development and automated testing environments.

- In possession of at least a Bachelor's degree in Technical Computing, Software Engineering, Industrial Automation or similar;
- 5 years of experience with .NET and XML;
- Knowledge of the design, realisation and maintenance of applications with MES as part of production automation is nice to have;
- Knowledge of SQL Databases and Power BI is a plus;
- Fluent in English both written and verbally;
- Proactive, problem solving, quality conscious and able to oversee the bigger picture.

- 25 holidays and 12,75 ADV based on 40 hours a week;
- A salary up to 5.500 gross a month based on experience and 40 hours a week;
- A 13th month of 8,6%;
