• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for finance and procurement applications, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, develop functional designs, and translate these into clear technical specifications.
• Configure, enhance, and test ERP and P2P applications to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Serve as the key point of contact for improvements and automation projects, including initiatives like automating bank statement processing and mobile order entry.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including application engineers and technical experts, to implement changes and develop new functionalities.
• Test and validate monthly updates from our ERP vendor (Infor) to ensure compatibility, stability, and seamless integration of new features.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders to confirm that systems align with their needs and support efficient workflows.

As a Business Application Specialist supporting the Finance and Procurement teams, you will play a critical role in maintaining, enhancing, and automating ERP systems. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical experts to ensure that applications meet daily operational needs while also adapting to future requirements. With a primary focus on financial modules and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, you will drive efficiency and innovation across IT systems.
 
Your responsibilities will include developing functional designs and translating these into technical designs, based on requirements gathered from business stakeholders, external vendors, and senior management. You will work within a team of 20 fellow application specialists and collaborate with technical architects on complex solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with finance-focused ERP systems, preferably with M3 or SAP FICO.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, enabling effective collaboration with international teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into both functional and technical designs.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, with experience in project management and adaptability to changing requirements.
• Background in consulting is beneficial.
